You are eligible to return products within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at support@vasevi.store or call (800) 481-3239 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Include the RAN and proof of purchase in the package.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
